Guys & Gals,

I'm sure many of you are aware that one of our own got hurt on the job pretty badly yesterday. Zac (*********) had an accident involving steam that left him badly burned. Just the night before he had sent me a wonderful compliment on one of my BBSP shots. Between a broken water line, hospital bills for my wife and a recent lens purchase I'm pretty much tapped out, but I'm sending a copy to a lab tonight to make a nice enlargement for him at my expense.

I thought it would be nice to get it framed and matted, but just don't have the resources to do it. If you should be interested in making any type of a contribution towards doing this please send me a PM. If not I'm sure he'll be happy with the print. Thanks for your time.

Dang Rusty, wish I had seen this before I sent a donation. I could have held some back to give ya a hand. Awesome idea you have. If you are unable to raise the funds I am sure he will be happy to receive the print.

Cool idea. Not sure about what the pic is(I'm guessing a gator) but what about talking MT Stringer out of one of the rustic frames he's been building? What size frame are you needing?

I'm submitting the file tonight...

Turnaround time is usually about 5 days. The final print will be 12x18". I think it's big enough to show detail but not too big as to be overpowering. I know nothing about matting and framing, but this ratio is needed in order to print full frame from my camera. I've sent a PM to MT as well, and we have a little time before the print gets back.

I had some honeydos tonight so I'll stop by the frame shop tomorrow and get some figures. I'll know a lot more tomorrow night. Thanks you guys for helping out. This board never ceases to amaze me.
