Heald Bank was where the original Red Snapper were caught off of the Gulf Coast. It's not any different than any other place. Work the edges, look for rocks and crevices and broken anchor lines. Fish the outer edges of those and try and drift across as many as you can without shifting the engines. Just let them idle and cover your noise. If the water is warm, drift some live bait out on a flat line or 2. Get there early or leave late.
