GYB fire

The weather channel has been showing bits and pieces. Said a transformer blew up and ignited fuel. Had explosion and expect more. The boat storage building was said to be effected.

my buddys 37 bert is in drydock with water to the keel now at the GYB. about 3 or 4ft more and he will find it,well who knows where? man, i hope it stays put. bill, if you see this, i'm hoping for the best!

WOW , as yall know, our boat is there too. Tried to call Allicat. RW i am sure you have talked to her. Between the wind, rain, and fire its NOT looking good for us that keep our boats there. God Bless you all and your families with safety.
Hey Bobby, if you find ours, keep it!! Be sure and use the 300 gallons of fuel. LOL

wow i know several 2coolers that have boats at the galveston yacht basin and have fished with them --i am so sorry for everyones losses--i also know a 2cooler who just recently moved from gyb to freeport it was 80lb test--i hope he and his family and boat are ok--i hope every one comes out of this awful mess safe--boats can be replaced
