I often take the time to read a lot of reports on this board and it is nice, so since I got the chance to go out with some friends this weekend I thought I would share some photos and a minor report.
Went out on Friday June 2nd on an overnighter, it turned out fantastic. We went way out, not even sure how far but we ended up with 7 nice yellowfin and and a 1/2 dozen blacks in which we let numerous go. We went 0-3 on wahoo in which 1 rocketed out of the sky backwards that was an awesome sight. The action was fantastic as soon as that big heat tab in the sky went down.
We awoke to flat seas and a warm morning that could not have been better. We started heading in and caught close to our limit of snapper, with I would say an average weight around 7 lbs. Then Mr. Ling came by and he was in the 40 lb class, we missed him the first chance but he became talbefare the second time around. We also took one small/midsize mahi and let 3-5 kings go.
