My son has an apartment just North of Richmond on Timmons. Does anyone have information on the power being on around this location?

If it is not on now, it should be on pretty soon. The montrose area has power as does the galleria area.

I'm located in the West University area which is about a mile south of where your sons apartment is located. We have power in parts of our city. Power was on at the intersection of Buffalo Speedway and West Alabama yesterday as well. Phonix Tower on the corner of 59 and Buffalo Speedway lost some windows and their was alot of debris and big trees down in the area. The Exxon on the corner of 59 and Buffalo Speedway lost a majority of it roof structure over the pumps.

check centerpoint energy website... have a map of the "restored" areas.
Also, if he has a landline and an answering machine, try calling the house. If the phone line is in and power is on, the machine will pick up.

I also live in West U. We do not have power, but the block behind me does. They should have power up pretty soon for the whole area.
