Just thought I would pass on something great I found. For those of you that hate your stringer because the fish will not slide on them go check out Hook set gears stringer. I used slick stringer the past few years but this one tops it. Have a good one.

I just received my shipment of the stringers that Hookset Gear is selling and they are truly awesome. Used it the first time this past weekend and was very impressed. Hand it to Dave to top the stringers he used to make, which were very nice indeed.

Great product!!!!!!!!!!!

Not to mention the guys at Hookset are great to deal with and first class all the way.

I can't wait to try out the new Hookset soft plastic that should be coming out shortly! I heard that is will almost be as good as the Brown "money maker", I mean amber tail.

Used my new www.hooksetgear.com stringer today and it worked great. Those trout just slide right off. Plus it will not rot or crimp up. I'll get years and years out of this one. Thanks Chris can't wait to see the new plastics.

Yup .

The old one's were a pain to make. Searched for about a year for new material.
That was stiff enough, wouldnt Float , Wouldnt deteriorate , and be slick for easy fish removal.
