Since everyone, including myself, will let you know when they've had bad service somewhere, I thought I'd post up to let everyone know about a good experience I just had. I was ready to have to do a lot more to get a replacement part than I did and feel like these guys went out of their way to make life easy for me so kudos to Busha Boat Works and Carolina Skiff!
Here's the whole email string so you can see just how easy they made it.

Subject: Sea Chaser warranty work
Hi, I’ve got a Sea Chaser 2100CC that I bought as a leftover from Texas Marine in Houston last year that I keep in Matagorda Harbor. Since I bought the boat, I’ve had problems with the wash down pump going out because of water intrusion causing corrosion. Texas Marine went bankrupt shortly after I bought the boat and I’ve been unable to get the pump replaced again (they replaced it once) since it went out last September for the 3rd time. Can I bring you the pump and my purchase paperwork and get you to take care of a warranty replacement for me? I really just need the pump replaced since I plan on relocating it to prevent this problem from occurring again. I should have a few weeks left on my full warranty.
I realize I should have dealt with this sooner but I thought the nearest Sea Chaser dealer was near Sea Brook, which is about 80 miles from my house and who knows how far from Matagorda.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
