Not sure about junk yards, but there is a car paint and body shop in Kemah that has two older EZ Go carts in the back. I talked to him a few months ago about buying them and he was open to offers. They would only be good for parts. To much rust on under body. I think they went through IKE. Here is his info.

South Houston Golf Carts in Pasadena has a lot of old carts in the back.

 

The custom golf cart place on 146, just north of 646, has lots of parts out back that they take off of the stock carts before they do their custom stuff. Just bought a set of ez-go wheels/tires from them. Carts of Texas is the name, I think.

 

Golf Cart Rehab on West Gray close to Taft might still be around.

 

There's one in South Houston on College right off I-45.

I used to get ez go parts from Golf Carts of Houston on 45 north around west rd. They referb to look like new (using all new bodies, tops, wheels ....). and they stack all the old parts and sell them. Used to get a top, Body, seat and a few misc for around $150.00. Parts looked good (just not good enough to sell as new)
