Leftt Linda's at 7:30, headed out of Mitchell's , cut has not changed.

seas flat, wind light surf , sandy green.

1 big jack at a close shrimper to start the day.

ran 35k out to bouy 42019 and trolled for hoos..........nada,

water crystal blue very little weed , no good patches.

hit a shrimper that had just pulled up to anchor west of the bouy for bft.......nada

ran in closer and got a limit of pretty 20" snapps and ....released 1 puppy ling.

no weed lines anywhere inside of 40 mi that we could see....

started working our way back in to the close shrimpers.
they are all settled about 20-25 mi out, too skinny for bft.

missed 3 solid ling in a pod around a drifting shrimper , wouldnt take a bait.

weather fell out about 4 to gusty winds and alot of wind chop. so we called it and hit mitchells about 6pm that was fun .........beam sea rollers ......sheeeeeesh
