Need help with replacing the gas overflow vent on the side of the boat. Went to get a new one and it appears you have to unscrew it from the inside. There doesn't appear anyway to get to the nut from the inside, is there anyway to just replace the outside cap?

A lot of those are installed before the deck is put on.You'll have to cut a hole and install a inspection plate where you need to get to.
