These will melt in your mouth. They are really good. Take these to your Chrismas or New Years party and they will be a hit. When we put out a cookie tray these are always the first to go.

1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
2 cups Powered Sugar
1 stick Butter
2 cups Flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped candy Toffee (I get them at Wal-mart near the chocolate chips)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the Cream Cheese and the butter at room temperature. Then add vanilla, flour, sugar, toffee chips and mix well. Drop about a heaping teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. I normally smash them down slightly. Bake about 12 - 14 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over cook these cookies. You want to see a little brown around the bottom edge of the cookie. They will set up a little after they cool.

Note. These cookies should not brown on top. I use an air bake pan but it is not necessary.
