fished the rock groin across from the holiday inn from 3:30 to 5:30 this afternoon. water started out beautiful clear/green then the wind picked up and it started to murk up a little. low tide hit at 5:30 or so.

got 4 keeper specks (16" to 22"), and a few under-sized. when i got there at 3:30, it was on for about 30 minutes, then the bites got sparse as the tide went out.

i was using live shrimp under a poppin cork, but there was a guy next to me catching them with finger mullet and spoons.

i bet it's gonna be real perty tomorrow, but i did my fishin for the week today.
