Does anyone know the current status of the boat ramps at Beach Bait? Did it survive IKE?

I don't remember who posted it, but he said that Jack is not letting anyone use the ramps yet until he checks them out. Some large metal objects are missing (like a dumpster) so the ramps need to be checked for obstructions.
