I'm cleaning out the freezer and getting ready for the upcoming founder run.
So, here's a pic of my version of stuffed flounder. Seasoned with some Tony C's and a little lemon pepper, it is the filets of a 20 - 21 incher with a stuffing consisting of Boudin Bob's Boudin (actually called DJ's Boudin). Some of you original TTMB'ers might remember when Bob brought some to one of the gatherings we had at Lake Sabine. MMMMM Good!

It turned out great...and I have some leftover for lunch tomorrow! :)

Mike there is a little square next to a blue water hole that is full of flounder right now.
