I have an aluminum trailor and 9 times out of 10 it will float on me which makes it a pain in the arse to load the boat. Are there any tricks ya'll might have to keep it from floating long enough to get the boat on the trailor?

get a solid piece of steel of some sort and put it along the Ibeams on each side. If it only floats sometimes, it is probably when it is a litle deaper or the tires are hot and the water is colder. Air density, pressure stuff. Anyhow bolt them on and add about 50-75 lbs to the trailer so it doesnt float. We had a trailer that did this and this solved the problem.

Those round rubber do hickys on each side are whats trapping the air...Lol

Make a mark on your trailer to know how deep to back and them when your boat noses up on the center bunks it will push down the trailer and you can load right up!!!
