Was Sat. the flattest day seen on the water in a while? It was so pretty, you really understand why they say it is like glass. Anyway total cath 13 Snapper (barely legal to 18 in) no sows to be found, 13 B-liner 1 to 3 lbs, 1 AJ 36 in, 1 cuberra (Dog) Snapper 20 in, 6 trigger, 1 shark Atlantic sharpnose, 1 strawberry grouper, and 1 Ling lost at the boat est 50 lbs.(he saw the boat turned and ran pulling drag and hook pulled). Other that that a few break offs never got to see. There were baby amberjack all over the place swimming in the top of the water column. I did catch a relase about 5 (about 13-15 in) that would grab bait on the way down. The day was beautiful 28 mph out 32 mph back, in a 28 Grady cuddy twin 225 4 strokes, that's moving. No bounce at all. We fished about 55 miles S of Freeport, bunch of rig hopping. You have to thank the lord for a beautiful day like this.
