Just got back from a trip fishing the pristine coastline of Colombia from Bahia Solano up to the border with Panama. Short version - tuna fishing was wide open, but inshore species were relatively slow. We did get some good footage of the tuna:

All fish were caught in Colombia.
The fish is a Barred Pargo. They live in the rocks. I have caught a decent number over the years, but never more than a couple in a day.

That's pretty cool how you run WFO until you see them working and cast before the boat comes off plane. That looks like some fishing I would enjoy except the Tuna part. Just don't like eating them. Just not my cup tea how they taste.

We ate them almost every meal the whole time so you might not have liked that part. They sure are fun to catch casting light tackle though.
