It's a way of life from Dec-Aug. Then those nasty little birds get in the way. Must be a harmonic reaction to prop torque.

I dont think I ever saw Badhabit fish! At least without dragging a cooler behind him! :slimer:

I voted a way of life. It takes a special person to walk around chest deep in water with Stingrays and Sharks. But when you feel that "CaChunk" of a 25" Flounder hitting your bait, and you know you may have to wait sometimes up to a minute to feel her turn the bait before setting the hook, thats a way of life.

Or the thrill of hooking up to your first upper slot limit Redfish and realizing your a "Punk", thats a Rush! :D

Your first Trout on an artificial? Priceless!

I have hobbies that I love, but theres nothing like being stealth, wade fishing with a friend, and hunting the big ones down.

I was born with a love for the out of doors and things of nature. It has always been this way. I'm a carnivore, a hunter and a fisher. When something runs or moves it gets my attention. As I get older my appreciation for the experience has only deepened, yet I pull the trigger less and take far fewer fish home. Oh, I still see em and catch em, I just tend to leave them to go on with their lives a lot more than I used to. Don't get me wrong, I have a freezer with plenty of game and fish in it and I eat wild probably 5-10 nights a month, year around. When I retire it may become a way of life.

But up till now my life has been my family and my career. At least time wise that's where the vast majority goes.
