Took my 10 year old son on his first wading trip, 7/20/07 at Bolivar. We had a blast from the start. Keeper flounder on the first cast for me and 10 undersized Reds, 17" - 19" , for him on his first 10 cast. We were using live shrimp under a popping cork. Water was in great shape until a storm forced us into the truck for an hour. When we took cover he had caught 18 fish, most were undersized reds and trout. I had three trout and a flounder on the stringer. After the rain, I caught one more keeper trout, my son caught two more fish to make his total 20 for the day. We ran out of live bait and headed home. He bragged to his Mom how he out fished his Dad.
After we cleaned the fish and the supplies he said what day are we going next week. got to Love that one trip and spoiled!!

Wow what a day!!!!!!!!!
