is there a site or something that lists the FEMA distribution points for water & ice? .. i just talked to my brother in the woodlands & he said that they have moved every day so far .. and all they have is a battery powered radio ... so they have to listen for 2 hours for them to list off the places just to go get their 2 bags of ice (which is critical to keep his wife's insulin cold)

so i was wondering if there is a place i can look it up for him and call him every day?
