I too have been a diabetic for the last 24 years . I have been using an insulin pump for 11 years now. In the last 3 years, I have changed the type of pump I am using. I currently use a Paradigm pump.
I have pump supplies for a MiniMed 508 that I no longer can use. If anyone can use them or knows someone who can, please send me a pm and I will bless them.

I truly enjoy my Minimed Paradigm pump. What I like most is that this pump has a blood machine that will work with your pump. When you check your sugars, the result will automatically link to your pump. You will either correct for the sugar or "bolus" take insulin for the amount of carbs you are eating. The pump will not allow you to over correct which can case the lows. It lets you know how many "active units" you have in your body. A good thing.

I am one who has monitored my DM very closely for all these years and I am so blessed that I do not have any complications.
