I have already expressed that I will help with a fundraising event for Gator and his family. I can help with a venue, if needed, and might be able to get the band to play. Every weekend seems to have events going on, but Sunday afternoons seem to work well. Let me know how I can help. If you want to try and do it this Sunday, I can easily get the band to play again at Lochness Marina on Lake Conroe and you can do fish fries and barbeques there too.

The band is available for that date, but I'll have a harder time talking them into playing unless I can at least cover their expenses, but let me know what you decide. Personally, I like sooner better than later-we know we have good weather this weekend. I can sew up both venue and band-ya'll just need to get the cooks and auction/raffle items out there.

Jan, We have the fishing tournament on June 24th. Maybe we can do it there. We already have a space at April fool Marina. Just a thought. All the proceeds are now going to Zac and his family so it might be a good time to have it. Let me know.

I agree with you Troy. I think the Lord had a reason for this tournament and this was it. MuddSkipper is out of town this week for his daughters baptism so I'll get him up to speed on whats going on and what we need to do when he returns.
