Black and Decker bread knife works well, I can't stand the mister twister (either one), lately I have been using the storm with short bladed from academy they were on sale for $11 and now around $19 but have lasted well probably cleaned around 200+ combo trout/reds with no problems.

I like the cheapos too.

One thing I have found, I bought a Proctor Silex brand electric knife from HEB for like $15 and the thing I like about it is that it uses the same type blades as the American Angler and Mr. Twisters so you can buy replacement blades for them just about anywhere. I have a B&D and it's blades are different so you have to buy B&D blades, if you can even get them. It's just nice to be able to get more blades for them when you need them and be able to pick them up cheap at any Wally World.

I have not looked at the GE, do you know if it will take AA or MT blades Deebo?

After a fishing trip with Captain Skip James, I watched him fillet 30 specks. I asked him what would be the best knife for me to purchase. He said, "Go to Wal-Mart and get the Black & Decker for 10 bucks, works great."
