Finished my concrete project about 3:30pm, headed out for East Maty Bay about 4:30pm with 2 good friends. On water from 5:45 to 9:15pm. Fished from the ditch (SW pocket) to Bird Island along the south shoreline. Had a great time even though catching was slow. Did pick up 1 trout at 22" and 1 sand trout. Both caught on Strawberry TTk2s. Also lost one nice trout at the boat (at least the other guys said it was nice - I never saw it). Bite was very soft - lot of tail pulling strikes but no good hookups
