I'm a newby to deer hunting and may have opportunities to take deer at family properties in Colorado and Harris Counties. However, after checking the TPWD website I am confused......
For Colorado Co:
General Season: November 7, 2009-January 3, 2010. Antlerless deer may be taken by antlerless MLD permit or LAMPS permit only.
But then it says..
Bag limits, provision for the take of antlerless deer, and special requirements of the county, shall be as specified for the first 2 days of the general open season.

Does this mean does can be legally harvested AFTER Novermber 9th??

Similar question for Harris County. Is it legal to take an antlerless deer between now and the end of the season??

Signed,
Confused

don't think so - I think the rule you're referring to "bag limit provisions for the take of antlerless deer...." addresses youth season.
I'm pretty sure you need to have a MLD or LAMPS permit for antlerless during the entire time frame of general season
