After reading Capt. David's post on the Eagle Point thread and reading about Johnny V. rebuilding or not I realized all the decisions that people are going to have to make after the clean-up is well under way. Places to live, jobs, boat storage, rebuild or not, and on and on. This is really tough for a lot of folks.

Rest assured, most of the folks will rebuild and move back to Galveston. Once you live near the coast and especially if you are an avid fisherman or outdoorsman, no other place can compare. Just have to get through the initial shock before making any long term decisions.
