just a question so don't beat me down, but why should they die? Yes I have children and I agree whole heartedly with you that the perp better hope the man finds them before Smith Wesson and I do.

Did they kill? if no, then no death by legal system. If they rape then guess what they should face? rape at least once per week.

Why shouldn't the legal system be able to sentence someone to death for rape? It obviously isn't a morality issue, as it is legal in most states I know to use deadly force in cases of rape, so why not the state?
