the following e-mail was sent to me figured yall might be intrested:

harwin dr is a street in s/w houston lined with shops that sell right
off the boat chinese junk and knock offs. --- Iman Ali flew one of
the
planes into the twin towers in NY on 9/11.

I only go to Harwin Drive to buy rhinestones when I don't have time to
order in from my wholesale source.

Today I went to the Harwin Central Mall to pick up some crystals.

The very first store that you come to when you walk from the lobby of
the building into the shopping area had this sign posted on their door.

I couldn't stay in the building it made me so sick.

Sometimes you should take your e-mails with a grain of salt. Here's what KTRK News has to say.

"Iman Ali flew one of the planes into the twin towers in NY on 9/11."

Well, if he did, it would have had to have been sometime before the year 661.

Not gonna defend the religion by any means, but there are extremists in every religion. It does seem that there have been a disproportionate # from Islam. Supposedly, this was a "stupid mistake" and completely unintentional. The matyrdom being celebrated is of someone who lived over 1400 years ago and is part of the traditional ramadan celebration. I just can't believe that this shop owner or the employee who supposedly put up the sign( "like they do every year") didn't recognize the significance of it falling on Sept. 11th. At bare minimum it was a disrespectful "shot" from the employee. They have every right to celebrate whatever they want just like any other citizen, free from government interference. However they're gonna feel the repurcussion of their decision in their wallet. And there's nothing wrong with that!
