I just got a report that my 53 Viking, Custom Billed, that is tied up at Bridge Harbor is sitting on the bottom. Water level is reported at only a few feet from the bottom of the houses. Oh well property can be replaced. I hope the only lose in this storm is property. To any that are close to the danger, I am praying for you.

P.S. I hear that the fishing can be great after the storm, any one looking for crew I will be looking for rides.

I'm very sorry for your loss, I admired your boat every time I left BHYC. Did you hear of any bad news with other boats at the marina?

Who is your source? We have a house in Bridge Harbor and haven't heard a thing or seen anyhting on the news except that water is over the road between surfside bridge and the leeve.

It's hard to second guess his decision to stay put. We almost moved our 40 ft Riviera to Galveston on Wednesday morning. Then it looked like we would to SPI. We ended up staying in Aransas Pass with no issues.

Just to avoid confusion I thought I would copy this post from another thread:

Just got off the phone with one of the emergency sevices personel. My boat Custom Billed is floating fine. There are around 6 that are on the bottom and may be a few more could follow. It sounds like the ones that were in covered slips could have some top damage.
