Ive been eating the hog sausage from my hog and love both the pan and link, but earlier today I thawed out some ribs from it and need some advice on cookn em. I have some friends coming over tonight for the UFC fights and would like to try the ribs out. Any suggestions on cookn ribs from a wild hog? I have 4 hours, so hopefully thats enough time to put something together. Thanks--

Boil em till they're tender with lots of seasoning of your choice. Then put them on the grill and slop bbq sauce on them till golden brown. Better get started now if you only got 4 hours.

Hit em with some whorchestershire, then rub down with your favorite seasonings, put em on the pit at 250-275 with the boney side down for 3 hrs. At that time sprinkle with brown sugar and wrap with foil for another hour. You better hurry whatever you decide!
