Well - we got ZERO damage at our Condo - we have a 3rd / 4th story unit at Marina Point.
So now that it looks as if GYB is out of commission for a while, I will look at renting it out if anyone needs a place while their's is being rebuilt.
I need $1500 a month, and it is fully furnished with EVERYTHING - even linens and towels.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING.
All carpet, paint, and electronics are brand new, most appliances are new.
We just finished rennovating it when the storm hit.
The beds have been slept in once - literally!!
