Just getting around to copying the pictures off my camera from Saturday and thought I would share. Fishing is getting better with the moon getting back to "normal" - managed a few permit.

After fishing I was on my to take the boat over to the Bimini shop and passed this dude up. I had to make a u-turn and see it up close.. Simply awesome is all I can say...

That is not an LCAC. LCAC's are called hovercraft in the civilian world. Landing Craft Air Cushioned is what LCAC stands for. Here is an LCAC pictured.

Thanks Sight Cast I thought I was seeing things I was beggining to worry but those jacks are sure fun to catch I caught a 38 pounder on a abu Garcia 6500 with 12 pound test and it was on a 12 dollar academy rod now its on a BillyStix spiral rod my dad won at the TOBA fundraiser.

Yes, that's a jack... I did catch some permit though...

Really I did! :D

I called that an LCAC becuase that is what was welded on with the all the other hull designation. That is not to say that someone put on LCAC later though... Thanks for the specs and correction. It is truly an impressive piece of machinery and looks to have a perfect offshore trolling speed! ;)
