Here is a short VIDEO of my fish of a lifetime! This is a fish I have wanted to catch since I was a youngster and knocked it off the list last week while fishing with my good friend Capt. Thanks everyone I was super excited when we saw what I had! Tghis was a dream fish for me.. I will be getting a reproduction of it for the office wall soon.. They actually have a 14 footer aval... We stepped off the fish and it was 13' with some bend in it so that will get it within inches.. Prob 14' streched out.. What a cool and powerful fish. Here are a couple pics... Thanks again Capt. Thanks everyone for all the really cool replies... I really want to thank Capt. Nick Stanczyk for putting me in the right place at the right time! We had a blast.. He put me up at their house, took me all over the Keys, let me fish with him and his charter, got to swordfish with his dad Richard Stanczyk... What a great trip... If you are ever looking for a place to go and catch a pile of fish I recommend you book with Nick or someone in his family.. Bud n' Mary's is a must see. It is full of great folks and great fisherman. The entire atmosphere is really cool. Great for the family or all by your self. There is tons of things to see and do and as you can see no matter what you have caught they seem to make anything happen .. Nick and Sara are first class folks all the way... I will be taking my family back with me next trip. Great place to stay also really cool rooms.. Its amazing how many different fish you can target within just a few miles... Even with the wind there is something to go after... I loved it there.. Thanks again for all the replies and thanks again Nick and the Stanczyk family for making one of my fishing dreams come true! Look at 'ol Brett coming out of angling retirement to catch that saw fish! After watching every Boobytrap video I can find, and even fishing on board with Brett for three days that is the first time I have seen him reel in a fish!

Great catch! I have allways been fascinated with sawfish.

Congrats on a really unique and huge catch! That will make an awesome mount for your office.

Thats funny... Thanks guys for the replies.. I like fishing for anything really.. Going to hit the sunperch this afternoon with the little man :mpd:.. Sun Perch again with little man at Rory's crawfish boil Saturday.. Then off Swordfihing Sunday LOL.. I think as a bill fish that one ended my serch for all the spiecies over the years ... That thing did have a nasty swing I would hate to see what a hit from that bill would look like..

I think Swordfish bill artist Dan Matthews could cut himself just painting that bill LOl..
