Car question Speedometer

it quit working. Everything else seems to be fine, so far. Any ideas on what would cause this and how to repair, 1999 breeze. I'm going to go have a sensor code check but there are no check engine warning lights. Thanks for any ideas.

Autozone has done that to me a lot.
