Did anyone besides me get disappointed with the Katy BPS for not having the Nascar Die Cast cars? I started the collection while in Nashville, then went to Katy and spent the money to qualify for another car. At the check out, I was told they weren't in yet, but save my receipt and get it the next week. Well, three weeks later I go in and spend enough to get the third car, and then told they weren't going to get any of the cars at all. They were handing out flyers telling you could get them, but never came across with them. Just a rip off to get you to spend money you probably were going to spend anyway. LOL

I talked to the customer service manager today and she says to go to the customer service desk and they have a form you can fill out to receive the cars when they arrive in November. She apologized for the problems and said BPS had dropped the ball on these but will make it right. A very nice lady, and she will be reading this forum in the future.
