Eland is excellent table fare and good value for the $

 

For $35K I'd eat every bite. Seems like it should be a full body mount also. Pretty animal.

If it’s a Texas raised bongo, it’s been eating protein feed it’s whole life so yeah, it’ll be good eating.

 

Their not 35 k, pope brothers has them for 15k
