God Blessed them with the ability and intelligence to leave when they could. Do not place God in the unfortunate position of responsibility for their actions.
Bolivar front row
I just talked to my son who is working straight through at a hospital in Houston. He said some of the emergency people had flown over Bolivar during the rescues and said that all the front row beach houses on Bolivar are gone. Just piers left.

Good luck to them, a job is easier to find than dry land on a barrier island in a hurricane.
They certainly have my prayers, but the Boss is on his own.
