Boiling Shrimp

Its pretty simple.
Bring your water and seasoning to a boil before you add your shrimp. I use "Old Bay" in the water.
Make sure you have enough water to totally cover the shrimp. A little extra is fine.
Add the shrimp, and stir every 15 seconds. The shrimp will cook very fast. If you want your shrimp well done and firm, let the water come to a boil, then remove from the heat and then pour the shrimp into a collender. The collender is needed so you can run cool water over the shrimp. This helps when you go to peel the shrimp. The shell comes off a lot easier.
