Back when I stored my boat, I paid $180 month for a 12' x 35' unit with power. That was at Fort Bend Boat and RV Storage in Stafford. It's not a new facility, but they keep it clean, have several wash stations, and an air hose. And it had key card access and cameras. The owners were very hands-on and were at the property regularly. Would definitely go back.

 

Me too. I kept mine here at one time. Good people. Great place.

 

210$ for a 14x30 I think is the size. It’s a little steep for me but I wanted to be close to 146 and short trips to the ramp.

Sports Shed is the place very nice facility and they have someone that lives onsite which adds some peace of mind.

5 minutes from the house is worth $50/month IMO

 

You can search for better but I don’t think you will find one. I am in corpus and pay $95/ month for a 10x25 with dirt floor and power. It does have a motor flush station on site though.

I found a place off of Shroeder Rd called Golden Oaks. It's not enclosed but is covered with security cameras and the owner does live on site at $91 a month. Not sure of the size but it's big enough for a large 40ft RV...so any boat in the 25-30ft range would easily fit. Call and ask for Chris and tell him Mike North sent you.

12X35 with electricity and about a fifteen foot roll up door. Concrete floor and gated access......Conroe area 175.

 

For me, the most important thing was close to the house. Seems like I am there almost everyday doing something. I am at the Sports shed in Kemah also. Pricey but nice.
