First trim all RED meat off then slice into steaks about a inch thick. Salt and pepper.
Try a 50/50 of G's pub sauce and dijon mustard coat both sides and toss it on a hot grill. After you turn it, about three minutes depending on heat, baste a thin coating on the cooked side.
Do not over cook as it gets tough.
