Birth Announcement

Oh it won't be long! Mama went fishing as much as she could while she was carrying him, so he knows the sounds. Just gotta show him the sites and how to's now. LOL

I'm sure my older grandson will be happy to show him the ropes with his Dale Earnhart rod!

LOL would you guys quit callin me GRANNY! LMAO! Granny is my mom and she doesn't even feel quite THAT old.
I'm only 40 for Pete's sake! Well, that and I refuse to grow up. I think that helps.

Yeah, he is a beautiful baby and they are both doing really well. Anybody ever seen a newborn that could raise his head and hold it up already?? This is one strong little guy!
He smiles alot too. I like that. My grandmother used to tell me that when a baby smiles they are seeing angels... I like that and have kept it. I tell my daughter he is seeing angels when he smiles. That makes her smile too.
Thanks for all the well wishes and Congrats., and compliments. They are greatly appreciated, and I was hoping he really WAS cute, and I wasn't just biased cause I was a proud Nana! LOL

Thanks! As far as spoiling him... well, I don't think you can call it spoiling if you hold him and caress him and kiss him alot. I mean, new babies NEED love and nurturing and touches and kisses. It builds character! LOL
Off I go back to the hospital.

Both mama and baby home today. They finally released them this morning. Feels good to be home! The hospital and folks working there are all very nice, but it got old quick!
