I have to say thanks to the city, county, state, and federal officials who have have stepped up to the occasion and showed what good leadership can accomplish. Repairs and cleanup will take time, but since the day of the storm individuals have worked nonstop for the good of the city of Mont Belvieu and Chambers County. The same can be said of the utilities workers and contractors who have acted as if our needs were their own. I've seen bucket workers stay in the air for most of the day without a break, debris removal personnel from out of state treat others property with care, and friendly attitudes exhibited by overworked and underpaid LEOs. Not enough can be said for the efforts of those who do the things in our behalf. Thanks to 2Cool for allowing stories to be shared and readers to be informed. I wish the best for all who suffered loss, and thank those who make positive contributions.
