1 pk Eckrige sausage
16 ounce Sweet and Sour sauce
1 Large Sweet Onion (or yellow)
1 Bell Pepper
1 Fresh Green Jalapeno Pepper
Tabasco sauce

Make a aluminum foil bag for the BBQ pit. Chop up the sausage, onion, bell pepper, and the jalapeno. Place in foil bag. You can add more than one Jalapeno, but the more you add, the hotter it will be.

Mix the Sweet and Sour sauce with a sprinkle of Tabasco sauce. You can leave the Tabasco out if you'd like. A couple of drops goes a long way. Pour over other stuff in bag.

Put the bag on the grill. Leave it there for 30 min or more. No need to shake, move or tamper with it. (you may bust a hole in bag) I usually leave it in the pit until all of the rest of the BBQ is done.

Once cooked, eat with corn tortillas, or any thing else to buffer the hottness. Remember, a little pepper goes a long way. Start off with one Jalapeno and a couple of drops of Tabasco.
