White perch is the best tasting fish in Texas! followed by specks, flounder, and Opelousas. You guys can have any keeper redfish that I catch.

Another vote for flounder. We fry most everything and cornmeal, salt, pepper and done. Not many others can be done so simple and taste great. But that's just my opinion.
The best tasting fish is always the one you caught.

 

Flounder, lanced, lemon juice, Tony's and Broiled! Doesn't get in better thsn that!

 

Flounder is hard to beat.

Y'all are all over looking big fried chunks of spec... But flounder and red snapper are all very close
