As many of you that read my posts know, I caught my first flounder this morning... I WILL BE GOING AGAIN IN THE MORNING!!:bounce:
But anyways.. i took her home and filleted her and brought the meat to work with me (I work at red lobster where I cook) and talked to the guys and we all decided that blackening it would be the best way to cook her up. So I blackened it, put it on a plate with mashed potatoes and got me some ketchup with Tabasco mixed in it and GRUBBED! It was too good.:mpd:
