Cast iron welding is not much count from what I have been told about it. I once had two pieces of cast iron soldered, but still not strong enough I don't believe for what you are wanting but may be worth a try as a last resort.

cast iron welding

I have a buddy over at Wh Company and if anyone stands a chance of welding it, he can. Give Randy a call at 713-895-7504 and him know what you have. Cast iron welding is so depandant on the grade of iron it is. As long it is the goos stuff you have a very good chance. Other stuff, like exhaust manifolds, can be a never ending story on the cracks regardless of what you do.
