Like Argo said, no mud tires. I had 33x12.50's AllTerrains on my Jeep. Rarely had to use 4x4 on PINS, usually only when highbanks were really bad or when stoping/starting in pretty soft areas. Put a set of muds on there and I had to use 4x4 all the time.
I have 33x12.5 BFG a/t KO on my expedition. My old Z had 35x12.5 procomp x-terrain and they were good aggresive tires but they also had good road handling and were quiet on the highway. The BFGs are like street tires on the highway and have 60k miles and are at half tread. 0 flats to date. *knock on wood*
