more than likely gone on Bolivar. From all second hand reports my stepmothers beach cabin between the north jetty and the fort could be lost to the sea. Spent some weekends down there this summer fishing.

It was built by my step moms dad and grandfather so if true this could hurt her alot.

I'm hunkering down in Fwood and my thoughts and prayers are for all the 2coolers that are going to be effected by this storm.

Also saw shots of house down on the west end and it looked like the waves and surge were taking 3 yaks out to see...hope they weren't a 2coolers...

Saw an aerial picture of Crystal Beach in the newspaper.
I counted 16 houses surviving, on 16 city blocks. Most
of the blocks are now bare sand. This was on the beach side
of the highway.
