I've been telling you guys in my fishing reports about the size of the live shrimp they are selling here in Freeport. I brought some home today to fry up.

BTW, fishing was kinda slow in Surfside this morning. Fished for 3 hours with one 18" Pompano and two 17" specks...

I thought this was funny. My wife (recently separated) stopped by a little while ago for a few minutes. When she was leaving, she asked if I had anything to drink. I said, Ya, got some DP's in the cooler there. She opened it up and said "Ewwwww! There's dead shrimp on top of them!" I said, AND?

That is rediculous to sell for bait shrimp.............unless your fishin for tarpon

the last couple of times I've bought live shrimp I think the trout were afraid of them they were so big! It makes it al ittle harder to put a hook in em when there that size... perfect for the grill...

I threw the little ones on my wife's line and kept the bigger ones to eat!
