ummm hummm!!! i had this at a restaurant in louisana and man was it good! and simple! just get a chicken breast slice it in half put on a skewer and wrap with applewood bacon spice it up to you liking and throw it on the pit! this was the best chicken ive had on the pit! the key was cooking it SLOOOOWWWW it took about 1hr and 15 mins for them to be done it was well worth it tho! all the bacon fat dripped right into the chicken making it very tender and juicy!! yall gotta try it!
