I need the printable paper to transfer from buyer to seller. I know its on dot.state.tx.us site somewhere. eerrrrr! thanks for any help!

you need the first one - the 130U form

also fill out and send in a VTR 346 form at the same time. It notifies the state that you sold the vehicle, and any violations (parking, EZ Tag, etc...) will go to the new owner - even if they do not transfer the title.

I filled one out and mailed it in on the last truck I sold, and it saved my arse...cause the guy was running in the EZ Tag Only lanes for months after I sold it. I don't think he ever transferred the title.
